This includes the overall appearance, functionality, and how to distribute your project budget. We will transform your design ideas into a design plan for your approval before proceeding.

During the design development phase, we will work on the details to create a comprehensive design plan. This includes preparing drawings, obtaining project quotes, sourcing finishes, furnishings, lighting, plumbing, and all materials. You can relax knowing that we are focused on the details so that you can stay connected to your work and life.

We will manage the final stages of ordering and tracking all materials during the Implementation phase. We are frequently on-site to confidently engage with contractors and tradespeople and conduct thorough walkthroughs. You can trust us to passionately advocate for you, ensuring the impeccable quality and craftsmanship of every detail. Finally, we will oversee the final installation of furnishings, art, and accessories, leaving no detail unchecked to guarantee the highest quality and craftsmanship.

• Followup session report with notes and links to products, drawings, mood board.
